Article VII: Officers

Section 1. Officers

An officer of the Club shall be a current member in good standing of the Club.

The officers of the Club shall be the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary and Head Coach.

The officers shall be responsible to the Board of Trustees and to the members for the efficient administration and operation of the Club.

The Officers shall be responsible for implementing the policies established by the Board.

Section 2. Election and Term of Office

All officers will be nominated and elected by a majority of the voting members at the Annual Club Meeting and shall serve a term of one year.
